Sqcps® stands for Square Cable Protection System andis often pronounced as “Skips” or “Squips”. Sqcps® is the ideal cable distribution solution for SIPRNET.
Instead of the standard “water pipe” SIPRNET solution, sqcps® unique design is aesthetically pleasing and secure conforming to US Army Information Assurance (IA) standards.
The patented sqcps® solution is a quality made in Germany product that is available as a direct SIPR connection or an “Air Gap” solution for controlled access areas.
Both solutions have been successfully installed and accredited in numerous US Army locations including AFRICOM and EUCOM buildings.

System Description
Sqcps® securely distributes cable in hallways and between fl oors with large 10 x 15 cm risers designed to hold large amounts of cabling. Our solution includes bends and connectors to allow easy installation in crowded areas and around obstacles.
Our sqcps® system is riveted and has color contrasting epoxy around any seams conforming to Army Information Assurance (IA) Standards.
The sqcps® system provides access to pull and install cables with a securable lockable panel, which can be visually inspected and allows for later expansion.

10 x 15 cm großen Kanal und wurde für die Verteilung großer Kabelmengen entwickelt. Unsere Lösung beinhaltet Bögen und Steckverbindungen zur einfachen Installation in beengten Bereichen und um Hindernisse herum.
Die sqcps® Systemteile sind geschweißt, alle Verbindungen genietet und die Stoßstellen mit Epoxy versiegelt, um den Army Information Assurance (IA) Standards gerecht zu werden.
Unser sqcps® System bietet einfachen Zugang zum Ziehen und zur Installation der Kabel durch eine verschließbare Abdeckung. Das System kann durch komplette Installation mit Wandabstand einfach visuell kontrolliert werden und ermöglicht eine spätere Erweiterung.
Air Gap
Our Air Gap system enters the room terminating in a secure patch panel box. Each drop is individually activated by patching as required with the air gap box locked when not in use.
The standard cable channel on the walls provides a flexible and economical yet secure communications solution.

Drop
For a standard SIPR installation, the sqcps® solution provides secure individual drops with sliding covers and lock hasps for aesthetic and secure user access.
Each drop can be installed with either copper or fi ber cabling and as with all sqcps® systems- are available in virtually any shade or color.

sqcps® - Monitoring and Alarm System
For enhanced security we offer a monitoring and alarm system for our sqcps® solution. Our system can monitor all drops, air gaps and cable service panels, and can monitor the closed cable channel for specifi c sound frequencies caused by intrusions such as drilling or sawing.
Our sqcps® monitoring system can control up to 254 sensors by creating up to 4 rings or 8 lines. We can also monitor multiple sqcps® systems. Our monitoring systems can individually control 32 separate armed areas and 8 separate timed areas to accommodate for different user and unit requirements in a building.
Each alarm notifi cation is separately and immediately shown and can be forwarded to a help desk or other security center.
Up to 200 separate user codes can be assigned with functional and time limitations.
sqcps® - Meldezentrale
Zur zusätzlichen Kontrolle kann in sqcps® - Systeme eine
Meldeanlage installiert werden.
Dadurch können alle systemgebundenen Kabelzugboxen, Anschlussdosen und Air – Gap´s, sowie durch Körperschallüberwachung Bereiche im geschlossenen Kabelkanal elektronisch überwacht werden.
Die sqcps® - Meldezentrale kann bis zu 254 Melder bei
der Bildung von 4 Ringen oder 8 Stichen verwalten.
Die Vernetzung mehrerer sqcps® - Meldezentrale ist
möglich. Durch 32 Scharfschalt – Bereiche und 8 Zeitschaltkanäle können die Melder verschiedenen zeitlich beschränkten Nutzungen zugeordnet werden.
Der Alarm wird sofort eindeutig angezeigt und kann z.B.
an einen Helpdesk weitergeleitet werden. Es können bis zu 200 Bediener Codes mit funktionellen und zeitlichen Berechtigungen verwaltet werden.
sqcps® Fire stopping
By using fi re foam our system can offer integrated fi re stopping protection for wall penetrations.
The fi re foam can be easily installed to our system, and still allows for additional cables to be easily added later.
Fire Foam has Through-Penetration Firestop Systems Approval: W-J-8017 and W-L-8019 and European construction approval number Z – 19.15 - 1901.
sqcps® Brandschutz
Durch den Einsatz des neuen Brandschutzschaumes
können bei fachgerechter Anwendung alle sqcps®
Systeme mit Abschottungen mit einer Feuerwiderstandsdauer von 90 min ausgeführt werden.
Die Einbringung ist einfach und auch an schwer zugängigen Stellen möglich.
Eine Nachbelegung mit Kabeln ist jederzeit möglich.
Der Brandschutztschaum ist bauaufsichtliche
zugelassen unter der Nummer: Z – 19.15 - 1901
